The top 8 placed teams at the end of the regular season advance to playoffs, each plays a 5 game playoff series against a single opponent. The winners of each playoff series advance to the Final Four held in a predetermined city for two days. The Final Four features two semifinals, a third place game, and the championship game, all on the same weekend.
